Fried Rice


  1. Boiled rice: 1 cup
  2. GG paste 1 tablespoon
  3. Garlic: 5-6 cloves roughly chopped
  4. Green chili: 3-4 cut roughly
  5. Onion- ½ cup, finely sliced
  6. Cabbage: ½ cup, finely sliced
  7. French Beans: ½ cup, sliced
  8. Carrot: ½ cup, sliced/julienned
  9. Capsicum: ½ cup sliced (You can of course use different coloured ones, but I couldn’t get any)
  10. Spring onion greens for garnish: finely sliced
  11. Black Pepper powder: to taste
  12. Salt: to taste
  13. Mono sodium glutamate/ Ajinomoto: A pinch
  14. Vinegar
  15. Soy Sauce
  16. Chili sauce
  17. Oil
