Boondi Raita

Short Recipe

  1. Mix together salt, sugar (optional), chaat masala, dahi, and a little bit of water.
  2. Add 3/4th of the boondi.
  3. Let soak for around 20-30 minutes.
  4. Mix together normal dahi, the boondi mix, and crunchy boondi.
  5. Garnish with some finely chopped coriander.
