Shepu Bhaji

Shepu or Dill is a leafy vegetable that I love. I didn’t always like it, but that’s a story for another time.

I’ve made this in the traditional Marathi style, and it goes well with Bhakri or Roti.

It’s an acquired taste so many people don’t like it.
